If you have a routine maintenance as defined under RTRA Section 185 & 215, please consult your tenancy booklet Maintenance Trouble Shooter guide for assistance. If the issue remains unresolved, then click here to submit a maintenance request. Please provide as much information regarding your issue as you can and a team member will be in touch with you as soon as possible. For appliances, please state the model type and number.
If you have an emergency repair as defined in your tenancy contract and RTRA Section 214, please consult the maintenance troubleshooter guide found in your tenancy booklet. Call-out fees are expensive, and should the repair be deemed a tenant error or misuse, the cost of the service will be your responsibility.

If your maintenance requires after hours emergency repair, please refer to page 2 of your tenancy agreement for contactable contractors.

If your lease is coming to an end, and you do not wish to renew it, you will need to provide 14 days notice, as required under RTRA Section 277. If you wish to move out before your lease expires, it is considered a ‘break lease’ and fees/charges will apply. Please refer to the RTA Form 17a Pocket Guide for Tenants for more details.
